Conrad from Sperm Productions brings you another installment of his popular series, "1 Disc 1 Tip", featuring Latitude 64 player Rebecca Cox. In this episode, Conrad and Rebecca share their expertise on two essential items every disc golfer should have in their bag: a single disc and a trusted tip for improvement. The Maverick's unique numbers - 7-4-1 point 5-2 - provide exceptional control and versatility, from fairway to turnover shots. Rebecca also shares a valuable tip that can benefit every golfer: washing your hands frequently to maintain grip on the disc during hot rounds, ensuring optimal performance and a more enjoyable game.

hello everyone I'm Conrad with a sperm productions and this time I'm here to bring you the 1 disc 1 tip segment this time featuring latitude 64 player Rebecca Cox hi everyone I'm Rebecca Smith 64 and today I'm here with a friend pro to tell you about one dish so I think she'd be in everyone's bag and one tip that I want to share with you guys I've been playing for around 13 years in total I started playing when I was 8 my dad taught me how to play and he's been playing since where I was born so alright 13 years this on wisdom that comes along with that playing so what is one disc that you will recommend for all players no matter their skill level okay so one disc I think would benefit everybody's bag is a maverick now all people already know that I love a maverick but it is an understable fairway driver it's numbers are 7 4 negative 1 point 5 2 so that makes it really good control driver for amateurs it's I mean it's really good for most arm speeds as a result driver it's good for turnover shots it's especially good in the woods for low ceilings you can really rely on with the stability you know exactly what's gonna do I really like it especially for just dead straight shots you just put a little bit of Heiser on it and it'll just pick up and go dead straight that's control driver everyone should have one of those in their bag switching gears what is one tip that you can give to all players that will help benefit their game one tip that I think can benefit everyone is when I play really really hot rounds and my hands get sweaty I like to use dirt or a bag or something that but eventually it just builds up so much that I just lose that friction that I'm actually trying to get using it so about halfway through the round I'll take my water bottle and I'll wash my hands off and I'll take a towel and I'll wipe down my fists from all that dirt and sweat that I've been building up on it all day and it actually feels a lot better than just using regular dirt so my tip would be don't use don't...
