hey everybody welcome back to the channel we've got another one disc one tip segment today and we've got end of a sponsored pro miss lisa fakes hello lisa hey nice to be here nice to be here with you thank you for doing this with us thank you felix thank you so we're out here at wr jackson a treacherous course you've been out here playing disc golf for a while taking on courses like this on tour but how long have you actually been playing the sport of disc golf i started playing disc golf in the summer of 2005 the year after i graduated high school and i've been playing ever since wow so you've got a wealth of experience you've been with interval for a while now a lot of cool discs that they have but if you can pick one disc in your bag that you think can help anybody's game what disc would that be um so kind of talking beginner style the one disc that i would pick to suggest is a roadrunner it's speed9 it's a controllable fairway disc it's got a lot of glide it's got a lot of turn so it's something that newer players can work with you can put on different angles and watch it fly different ways so it's a very controllable disc we hear that a lot especially when you're beginner getting that disc it kind of gets you that distance and just kind of brings you back more and more to the course yes definitely um something that's not super fast or super overstable um that's what you want to lean on when you're first starting out so great tip we'll have the description down below where you can get your hands on a roadrunner and switching gears real quick lisa look at that beauty thinking about the mental side the physical side like you said you've been doing this for a while if you can impart some knowledge and give us one tip that you think can help anybody's game what tip would that be uh the tip that i was thinking about is angle control and just working the different angles and putting on a hyzer straight shot and an anhyzer release so we're talking about hyzer release straight release and anhyzer release and working those different angles and watching the disc fly...
