welcome back to hub city halloween open presented by the great courses of south carolina we're in spartanburg south carolina and i'm aj kerry i'm here with luke sampson we're excited to bring back you this epic battle here at holston disc golf course it's a 27 hole track and it's a close race so chris dickerson recently got a little bit of breathing room on cory alice here and he's got to keep it because there's a lot of tough holes coming in this final nine you're about to uh tune into some good action so stay with us here we go chris dickerson our leader yeah our leader coming in looking good throwing right handed we got corey ellis discraft sponsor dressing up as austin ham hannah you know it yeah it's today's never gets old huh it's scott here looking like aj carrie i'm just going to say he's got a great costume yeah i mean this craft sponsor player joel freeman going at his wife yeah alyssa colorado uh natives and nova sponsored and as we look at the leaderboard here we see a couple people making some good charges from uh lower cards jake mon he's a local out of duncan him and evan scott are playing a bunch together and he's shooting real hot along with hannah so whole nine whole 19. sorry we have par 3 280 feet this is a dead straight putter or mid-range shot is you want to keep it as straight as possible you have this bunker on the left it's the tree it catches a lot of the shots you really want to kind of send it more and contend with this right tree uh plays a bit downhill so the pup from that right tree is a lot easier than the one on the left yeah the one on the left is you know you're looking at a 45-footer slight down chris throwing a putter nice and flat very flat and controlled it's got a baby fade on it but leaves him a nice short putt that tree probably slowed it down just a little bit leave him a little closer than it would have been you can see how like his shot looked good the whole way but it still touched that tree that tree reaches out quite a bit like this gonna hope underneath it...
