welcome back to a run Pro we're here for the cancer Playbook open 2 this is the inaugural go throw event presented by go throw at The Hideaway in Terrell Texas I'm Connor O'Reilly joined today by Gavin Babcock it's uh was quite the day out there Gavin uh excited to be here in the booth with you yeah I'm stoked uh today was nothing like either of the practice rounds I got um yeah first first couple times through this track and I got we I mean we both got quite the treat today we've truly got a a full Gambit of the Texas wind and weather conditions over the last 3 or 4 days preparing for this event we had historic wind events we've had hail we've had rain both Frozen and non you name it yep and uh got quite the experien yesterday and skins just absolutely spoiled 72° perfect weather and Luke was talking up all the all the climate possibilities and yeah there we see we have yourself on the card as well as yes nanin got the local Emerson Keith basically this is his home course isn't it yeah pretty much at this point I think he's moved to this area probably plays more rounds here than about anywhere in the offseason and capping off Adam hamus always a good time playing with him yeah you start off on hole one with a bomber par three is it a north wind is it a south wind that's going to be important as you play a hole like hole one and how's the footing going to be important to note this was the muddiest conditions probably any of these players have ever played in today rain te's are in effect play it low play it high here for the right him back in just keep it inbounds take your par I don't know if there were any twos on the day on this hole I don't think so G and I were checking earlier and uh don't believe we saw any spoilers yeah going with my Gravity Bomb here playing into a straight headwind this is playing like a par 4 today got a little bit bigger skip than anticipated kind of got pinched off on the left just most of these players are just trying to kind of pitch into the fat spot short...
