ARP | 2025 Masters Worlds | R2:B9 | Scoggins : Allen : Finley : Hokom | FP40 Lead Card
The 2025 PDGA Professional Masters World Championships presented by Zuka are back at Blue Ribbon Pines for the FP40 division, where the silver layout is being played. Felix and Conrad provide commentary as the competition unfolds. After a front nine filled with twists and turns, Jennifer Allen takes the lead, with Sarah Hul second and Lisa Chase fourth. The duo of Jenda and Hulcom are also vying for top spot, showcasing different approaches to navigating the course. As the players move on to hole 10, they must navigate an 11-15 ft out-of-bounds area on their right side, where a tree bunker is also marked as OB. Players will have two main options: attacking the right-hand side with a chip shot or pushing through to the basket. The strategy of Jenda and Hulcom's aggressive playstyle versus more cautious approaches from other competitors makes for an intriguing watch. Will Jennifer Allen's early lead hold up, or will someone else take the top spot in this fast-paced competition?

We welcome you once again to the 2025 PDGA Professional Masters World Championships presented by Zuka. We are back here once again at Blue Ribbon Pines playing the silver layout for the FP40 division. Felix and Conrad back in the booth. And Conrad, we've already had an eventful front nine. We've already got a brand new leader after just nine holes. Yes, unexpectedly as well. Let's take a look at the front nine leaderboard and see where all the players are standing currently. We have Jennifer Allen in first. Sarah Hul has moved up to second is in third. Lisa from the Chase card is in fourth and Holly is down to fifth. Playing even through the front front nine. Yeah, we'll be starting things off on hole 10. One of the easier ones on the course 296 ft, but out of bounds kind of looming on this one as you see the right hand side staked off with the OB. This tree bunker here in the middle also playing as OB. And then you have out of bounds that kind of wraps around the back side of the basket. No more than 15 ft. Also a danger zone on this hole. We'll primarily see players either kind of attacking this right hand side with a chip shot or trying to push all the way through. We'll also see players kind of taking the left hand side and just kind of chipping around the back way. Jenda with a t-ird in hand. I don't think she's chipping up anything. Looks like she's going right at it. The one thing you didn't want to do. I didn't mean right at the OB. I meant right at the basket. Just the one thing that she didn't want to do. Yeah. Hulcom is going for the layup option. lay up short of the bunker and then work your way around. He looks like she may be trying to go for it here. Flip up driver, but this needs to turn quickly. He's not turning. It went straight into the out of bounds bunker there, I'm assuming. Well, we'll have to see when she gets up there, but she you have that rule where you can take it back on the line of play and she's probably going to want to utilize that otherwise she's going to be pinched up against that tree bunker....
