hello and welcome to the 2024 Jacksonville open this is a DG ptq series sponsored by par on dis golf I am your host Tonight Ezra Robinson joined by my fellow competitor and comrade Braden signs hey everybody super excited to uh commentate over this coverage brought to you by Ace Run Productions today we're out at the four Palms Disc Golf Course at Ed Austin Park it's uh 24 whole course and should be a lot of fun who's that guy goober goober absolute goober first on the box we're going to have Cory Lis 1032 rating um he won this event back in 2023 which is just last year yep so looking to uh reclaim his title or defend his title right next up we got double G he took second him and Cory went into a a cool three-hole playoff last year uh we have myself um I did not play in 2023 good cuz you would have lost I probably would have but uh we're looking to this is my first first time playing in Jacksonville so we're excited and then last on the box we got Florida legend Johnny McCrae uh last year he won this event in the MP 40 division Vision so pretty good first card I want to take that back I did play new world but the first time at this course hole one we're starting out par three this is the 15th hardest hole on the course is 377 ft you have a right Gap um that you want to go Heiser probably distance driver I think I go distance driver or you can go a Flex Shot or forehand up the left side yeah the the right side's a little bit tighter but uh you don't have to really work disc you know from left to right or anything like that you kind of just throw one angle and let it skip towards the basket Champion cor Alis Cory here I'd imagine Cory's probably throwing Raptor if I just had to take a guess but that's just a wild guess I really have no idea skips up there nice keeps it on that one angle like you were talking about yeah comes up a little bit short Circle two putt start off the tournament that fresh fade that looks amazing always stent out here I have no idea what...
