The course proved to be highly wind-dependent, with averages playing differently on day one compared to day two due to a stronger gust. thank you Hello friends and family and welcome to the 2023 Waco annual charity open presented by Prodigy we are here at the Brazos East Park and this is the second stop of the disc golf pro tour I'm Holly Finley joined by Connor O'Reilly and today Waco showed that whaling wind that we much know it for and got a lot of strong gusts today but I've met the conditions were nice temperature wise probably somewhere in the upper 60s for these ladies this morning and because it's Saturday boy did The Spectator show up we had crowds everywhere just lining the fairways it was a beautiful sight to see check out our players first we have say Ananda her first full year out on the tour sponsored by Westside discs next we have Anakin Steen her first full year in the U.S on tour from Norway she's sponsored by Guru discs then we have Stephanie Vincent sponsored by Mint discs a Texas native I'm rounding out the card we shot we saw her play yesterday as well Paige shoe look for some more big putts out of her here we are home coming in at 291 feet apart three the drive has to go over this out of bounds area you can see indicated with the white line out of bounds continues all around the basket sidewalk on the left pay wall on the right it's easy to hyzer if you don't commit to this shot and go OB left you really want to commit to this first shot slightly downhill so it's easy just to Coast all the way there hopefully get yourself a birdie Putt and start the round off strong spoken Valley Washington and yeah this course in the open is so wind dependent you'd see a lot of the whole averages today played quite a bit different than day one because we had a different wind and a stronger wind and that's a bit late that tree is hard to get through and gonna be a manageable upshot for Psy Chen is a left-handed player fresh on the tour from Norway and she's shown a lot of Promise already a little low but it fairly easy time from Austin Texas Stephanie Vinson Vincent no stranger to these Texas winds really excited to see how she plays today throwing an apex Alpha off the tee...
