thank you Hello friends and family and welcome to the 2023 Waco annual charity open presented by Prodigy this is a disc golf pro tour Elite Series event and the second stop of the tour I'm Holly Finley and I'm Connor O'Reilly and how about that bluegill B cam snatching the Sunfish out of the water that's just some of the few or some of the many sights and sounds you'll see out here at Waco Texas and our final day brought us some wind and uh temperatures cooled off a little bit as the wind shifted to that North Wind first up we have World champ Paige shoe got to see some of her impressive shots in previous days next up over from Norway Anakin steam with Guru discs third in the order we have a Texas native Lisa fakis first year plan for Lone Star disc so let's see how she's liking that new plastic and Final the final player will be Haley King we know much about her Firepower off tee and about that solid putt of hers let's see if she can stay dialed in the woods and in the open hole one starts us off at 291 feet Par 3 you have this out of bounds area to fly over the out of bounds continues all the way around the basket indicated by this PDGA pay wall and the OB sidewalk on the left shorter hole that plays downhill but the wind is almost always a factor during the tournament days today there was a nice Tailwind so you could send a mid or a putter or maybe a fairway driver there to get yourself a birdie look yeah this Tailwind might actually be the preferred wind for that up the middle shot in my mind foreign I think it can kind of help drop the disc out of the air whereas I think sometimes it can be easy to go long up that middle shot keeping it low it sneaks up there in the circle she'll be cutting for birdie here on the first Norway Anakin speed and shout out to Randy dweck who is doing the call outs all all weekend Randy's uh I like to call him the Godfather of Belize disco he's done a lot of good stuff for disc golf and Belize and he's a solid player himself a little...
