thank you the goal here is to win a world title if you want to be the best you win Worlds worlds is the tournament that we've been waiting for all the tournaments are just a warm-up set to Worlds thank you thank you guilt has really strengthened and deepened so you really need to up your skill set in order to compete leading up to this event there have been 14 Elite series eight silver series and two majors but if you asked everybody which one they were most excited for what they were looking forward to the most and where they wanted to perform the best it would be this weekend this is it this is Worlds thank you welcome friends and family to the 2023 Pro World Championships presented by L.L Bean coverage brought to you by Ace run Pro this is a PDGA major my name is Holly Finley and I'm Raven Klein we are here in Jeffersonville Vermont it's day one and let's have some fun this fpo feature card is playing at the Brewster Ridge course owned by Smugglers Notch Resort first up we have two-time world champion Katrina Allen currently ranked fifth in the Pro Tour points she actually placed second at the 2022 Pro worlds sitting at 26th in Pro Tour points following her we have Haley King she is a major winner and she's currently 10th in dgpt tour rank and rounding out the card we have Holland handle it she is sixth in DGP tour rank she got third at World's last year I watched her final putt was it beautiful here we are on hole one par three 320 feet out of bounds deep and Beyond the basket if you go on the road or past it you really want to stay in the Fairway get your disc work up into the circle to get you a birdie look here on the first hole the mistakes would be sawing off the shot early or going over into the right side where it can get a bit woodsy and possibly tough to scramble for par champion at disco she's representing DGA let's give a warm for my weapon Katrina Allen a little early on the left side of the Fairway from rauma Finland she is representing Innova champion this let's make her feel welcome Hannah Bloom Ross I'm excited to...
