hey folks and welcome back here to Ace Run Productions as we continue to bring you coverage of the 2023 Myrtle Beach open presented by Ena out in Myrtle Beach South Carolina we are now going to be at the saky this off course for our second round once again bringing the cover myself Dustin marray alongside Nathan Queen how's it going sir doing well and excited to be out here at the more natural Carolina style of golf at saky recreation park as you see here uh these guys walking in the woods what we like to see uh excited to see these guys attack this more wooded course with a lot more trees to yeah all of these players hail from from the Carolinas as we'll start with our two South Carolina natives first being Braden sides from dmania rated 1016 13 career n Win dating back to dis 2022 also just won the Tennessee state championships over Chris Dickerson and also won the lake Marshall open then we got Micah Groth who's just under 1020 rated was the nadt national champion 2021 has also catch on the pro tour multiple times this year including some top 20 finishes at Kansas city wide open and Mid America open and then AJ carry starting off his uh event with a 1039 rated round also from North Carolina going to jump into Grady Shu who's been having a good finish to his season just recently won that down east Players Cup getting that rating on up there to around 1020 and that will get us off here at saky on hole one 301 ft par three as you can see here very tight Gap off of the te into another tight Gap about halfway down the Fairway and kind of a line of trees right here uh that block the basket for you so very difficult to get to a clean putt on this one ideally You' just like to make it more than 3/4 of the way down the Fairway and see what you have welcome to the 2023 inov a disc Myrtle Beach open now on the te from South Carolina Bron sides and Bradon sides will take the box first again shooting the hot round of the day for the first round 12 under par one of only two Play Shoot double dig at Splinter City Golds...
