With a strong emphasis on forehands, players must navigate the challenging terrain, utilizing their skills to land between 3:30 and 4:30 feet from the basket. As Raven and Holly analyze the course, they highlight the importance of accurate tee throws, precision placement, and clever use of sidearm techniques. thank you Hello friends and family and welcome back to the final day of the 2023 lws open at Idlewild presented by Dynamic Discs and The Natty coverage brought to you by Ace Run Productions we're here for the last day in Burlington Kentucky I am Raven Klein and I'm Holly Finley we had a gorgeous day today following our little weather mishap yesterday and I'm excited to see how this card will play the course yes the fpo Chase card we had little to no wind ideal conditions although it was rather hot I'd say about 88 to 92 degrees while we were playing yeah and very humid I mean I know I started in my sunglasses and had to take them off because they were fogging up card started here with Madison Walker so she's still putting really nice it's great to see her up here she was first in C1 regulation following her we have Sarah Holcomb she's fifth in a couple stats here including her scramble at 50 and I know her sidearm is helping a lot with that next up own Scoggins fourth and parked percentage at 11. rounding out the card Holland Hanley third in scramble at 57 percent we are going to see a lot of forehands today let's get it rolling 638 foot par 4 to start you off Opie on the left and right that continues all the way around behind the basket off the tee you're hoping to throw between 3 30 and 4 30 leaving you with a couple hundred foot up shot into the green to have a look at a birdie three I see a lot of players try to get max distance off the tee and sometimes pull their shots over to the right side resulting in a more difficult upshot I prefer to land in the middle that's a good choice Polo Florida Madison Walker was leading the event after day one here on the final day she finds herself on the Chase card at first out of the hand looked a little bit high but she is plenty safe in the middle of the Fairway Sarah hoco Sarah Holcomb won the World Championships in Charlotte playing very wooded courses so I always expect to see her do well at a course like this she has a forehand off to tee off the tee and...
