thank you hello everyone welcome to the 2022 birdie open presented by gatekeeper media this is a PDGA a tier we are here in Newark Delaware at the Iron Hill Disc Golf Course Ace room production is bringing you this commentary I am Felix and I am Conrad Conrad we've been here before a very difficult track what can we expect to see out of this particular course a lot of trees and they don't call it iron hero for nothing there is a lot of rocks a lot of good paths to get to the basket you just gotta have a strategy and play your game absolutely we've got the fpo round one feature card coming to you here and we're going to start out on hole one it is a par four of 540 feet we are playing from the fplt pad so a little bit shorter a little bit different angle to this first turn ideally you want to get to this first turn of slightly make it around the turn so that you have a clear open look towards the basket we see that the Fairway is guarded as we get towards the green and the green is slightly raised on a island yeah very pretty looking Island yeah structure yeah Haley from State College Pennsylvania please please welcome Michelle Frazier no stranger to these events she's very much a staple on the northeast scene sponsored by Millennium disco with the turnover shot here on hole one that phase out perfectly in the middle of the Fairway gives her plenty of options Margaret sasserman week covered her last year at this event as well sponsored by birdie also opting for the turnover line which definitely kind of helps to keep you out of trouble on that right side as long as you get that feedback on the left but you don't have to worry about that right there fading out a little bit too early yeah she comes to Delaware from Providence Rhode Island Hanson and we have Emily Hanson here also with a birdie disc golf going for a turnover but she is slightly inside and yeah she gets kicked a high kick that puts her over on the left uh in the rough as well see if she can scramble out of here there's still a possibility to get a part even if you...
