you can probably tell i'm a pretty big latitude 64 fan all my drivers are either graces or rhys i putt with pures i throw up here i got an ace the first day that i got this pure i bag of fuse and honestly if i was to ever get sponsored by a company i would love it to be latitude 64. but honestly the main reason why i'm the biggest fan of 264 is because i'm an even bigger fan of jonathan who does the social media latitude64 and he's basically the whole reason as i was getting into disc golf that i wanted to check out latitude the reasons that i decided to public peers and so because of that obviously every single thing that loud every single thing that latitude puts out i'm super interested in especially when it comes to their youtube stuff because his editing so good and that led me to think that latitude might be coming out with the zone clone here pretty soon and i throw zones i would be very open if you want to send me one john i thought maybe probably just buying one two latitude having a zone clone which is pretty similar which is weird because they have the west side harp they have the dynamics okay slammer they're both in the trilogy limit but latitude themselves doesn't have anything and here's the reason why i think that they're probably pretty soon going to be coming out with the zone club so in the latest video on live 264's youtube jonathan and johannes are playing the pro layout of the dgbt stop in ddo and a couple cool things first off the ride that johannes throws on hole seven i think it is this disc is so freaking pretty this arrive i want it but more important than that you gotta take a look here at three minutes and seven seconds because hanus makes his throat right here it's a forehand with a stable looking disc he throws it flat and starts to finish just a putt and approach disc if we look at it here well first off let's hear what they say which i might be breaking the rules a little bit what disc is that he said what disc is that i don't know and then i'm pretty sure i'm breaking the rules that jonathan is uh saying also this is the most replayed part of the whole freaking video don't speculate on internets please um i think i'm stuck just gonna speculate real fast i'm just dude who's making an observation but if we look at the disc that he throws here's a good ish frame we can see it's a flat top disc let me grab my laptop disc just like this one and if you look at the edge profile it looks pretty similar like it's got pretty thick and then it kind of has this like sloping down right here which is what the harps have which is what saki slammers have that helps the disc obviously to be a good forehand it's just like you through but also to be pretty overstable and so this disc looks like it could be a zone clone or a harp clone whatever it is but it looks like latitude might soon be coming out with their own version of a zone or a heart if i was to take a guess or to speculate sorry jonathan but right now if we go over to latitude's website most of their new discs are kind of in this line of discs which are the royal plastic royal river these are orbit graces actually not royal graces because they have this white thing in the middle they're supposedly a little more overstable i threw just a regular royal grace and i didn't think that it was so much less stable i did throw my bead in orbit grace i compare against it so maybe it is but this royal line is their new line right now that's where most of their new discs are coming out currently i bag four different plastics that latitude has the royal river i have the orbit grace i have an opto fuse which is their previous highest m plastic an eco star pure which is kind of like a baseline but it's made out of recycled stuff and then retro pure these are what i put with because they're just the grippiest and if you look at their plastics guide on their website they have a bunch of premium plastics they have opto gold recycled opto moonshine gold x opto x opto ice gold ice opto air those are essentially a couple different variations of recycled plastics optoplastics and gold plastic i'm guessing if this was to come out it would probably come out in the royal plastics either grand or sense the sense is more they're putter plastic for like their hopes and their faith their grand right here great durability great grit and great stiffness those are all things that you really want from that type of premium thing and so that disc that he was throwing i would guess it'd probably hopefully be in a royal plastic because that plastic just feels so good to have like a zone in this this is so easy to to hold and beforehand it's even less slick than this but it feels like it has the same durability i hope it will come out in a grand plastic with options for it to be like in a zero hard or retro because at that point you can have a super beat in one kind of the box or a little bit more straight flying as well as one that's going to stay really overstable for a really long time that might make me want to switch from zones over to whatever this latitude disc comes out and ends up being but i could also see him just having it come out in the opto or gold line plastics or having it be something where it comes out in the orbit plastic as well as the grand plastic have a couple varying levels of stability as well as hopefully a baseline putter plastic to get one that you can throw a little farther a little straighter and it'll just beat in a lot faster so that's pretty much all of the non-jonathan approved speculation that i have for you today i was just really stoked when i saw this disc in this video because it just looks like the perfect flat to puddle top disc and i'm kind of surprised that they might be coming out with one because of the harp and the saki slammer looks like if they're already testing it it might be coming out within the next few months to a year not exactly sure but if they're teasing it in a video like this where the most replayed portion of the video is that probably no people are going to be interested in it they kind of maybe want some speculation sneakily because it probably is going to be coming out here relatively soon hopefully this video was filmed back when ddo is happening before the west coast swing on the pro tour so this disc is probably close to production or in production not exactly sure but hopefully i can get my hands on one and throw it for you guys before or when it comes out see how it compares with the zone as well as a hardware hockey slider i have a different style video from what i'm used to making but i'm just super stoked when i saw this and i had to share with people because i'm super interested in this coming i'm gonna check out an overview of my best trick shots from june check it out right here or the last course that i played which happened to be where i got an ace with the new sky god4 from simon lazar check it out right down here and i'll see you there
