I REPLACED My WHOLE BAG: Can I Still Shoot Under Par?

you guys mind if i play through yeah absolutely parked that's the right height welcome back to danza disc golf my name is anthony bodanza and today we're still in moab becca old city park last round i wasn't able to go bogey free so today that's gonna be the goal however to make things a little more interesting i'm gonna be changing my bag completely this is the disc that i most often play with but i have all of these as well these ones i've never bagged so today we're going to be completely replacing my bag with all new discs let me show you what those are just going to keep all these close because just got them right back in the bag once this challenge is done i got two champion excalibur this is a new dynamic discs escape a used explorer a shark that i found with no name on it i got a f2 mako three which is g-star i really don't like it too much but how to use it champion eagle katana used turn i don't really know why i'm bagging both of these i think they're pretty similar and i have these two lunas got them each used for 6.99 we're going to be using these as my putting and probably throwing putters today according to the internet this should be my best putting around ever hopefully i don't beat them up too much because i wasn't planning on keeping these i was planning on trying to sell them you so hit me up on instagram if you're interested in them i have a lot of spots missing for discs that i would like to throw i don't have an overstable approach disc this is the most overstable it's a dx shark just cause they're new discs and i have never thrown them and i'm not gonna warm up with them but just stretch that doesn't mean i don't want to shoot well so i'm just gonna try to play safe golf and just shoot bogey free first hole 244 feet from the tee to the basket pretty simple backhand play i think this shark is actually a good one first throw of the day hopefully i'm warm enough oh no come back okay that's more stable than i thought let's channel some paul macbeth real fast this is going to be weird i've never put it with these before oh all right let's try not to hit the ground anymore i want you guys to keep your value moving on to hole two here to the basket which is where that pole is so i think the play is to send a fairway probably my eagle actually it's gonna be an explorer i want to put the explorer in my bag but i just like t-bird threes a lot that's my line maybe hyzering a little fast did i get enough well i can't really get a lot better than this lie those lunas i thought they'd feel a lot different than the piers i'm putting with i really don't mind them someone made me sign a contract with this craft tomorrow i guess i would be happy enough full 3 281 similar play right there i think this one is also going to be an explorer i might have only needed to bring this explorer because i feel like they're all going to be about the same you know new rule if it's a similar shot i have to throw a different disc so instead of the explorer i'm going to throw the escape and the next one i'll have to throw the eagle i just made this harder why did i do that to myself oh skip skip skip oh yeah a little high for me explore or escape it don't matter it's a two i got hole four it says approximately 300 feet on here straight through got a little neon in between those trees and between the eagle and the excalibur boosted out there hopefully pretty high and crash back in towards the basket that's all right it's a little bit off the line that i'd want oh that is pretty overstable oh that's not bad actually wow nice oh here we are at hole five you have a forehand route or you have a big hyzer route i think it's gonna be an eagle that's the play i want unless it doesn't nope it's not it should be easy up and down there's not a crazy gap there it's a putt all right here we are hole six straight ahead this is the acer hole for sure i don't normally throw my putting putters but when you only have a couple putters that's the look i want this one to get scraped up so maybe mako three then for the first time today bring it out one of the other things i want to do in this video is make sure i throw each of these at least once don't like this disc almost at all this is like going trading because it's so gummy a little too little okay little annie put oh are you kidding me that is so disrespectful hearted what no one should buy this luna this is a rude luna you guys mind if i play through yeah thanks only if you get a horn so that mean i have to keep throwing if i don't is that the rule thanks guys the basket is right about where my disc gets absolutely parked all right here we are we got two on seven bring us down four so we got about half of them so far this next one's fun 222. honestly i might try the x cow if i get a crazy skip because this has a much wider rim so it'll have more surface area to get a skip get a big skip oh not a counter skip here we are stable oh cool do you guys mind if i play through yeah 335 straight up hill i think we're going katana that's fair find a tree i think you're good wow that's my best drive on this hole yet nope that's such a bad pod really got to work on my straddle buck there we are got four down through the front nine no bogies because i gotta get this one to keep my half and half streak alive this one's 281 from here to the pin right down there oh that is i thought that was going to turn a lot more well that is down there that stayed a lot straighter which is actually kind of nice to know man i'm giving myself the 35 foot straddle putts like i can actually make them oh man i'm so bad at this putt dang wow i was not thinking that this is something that would be coming this video but i get four more birdies out of these last eight holes i can end with a tie for the udisk top 30 day score the first gonna be a turn hopefully i turn it into a birdie but we have the basketball that was such a bad joke got the basket all the way down there the problem is i don't remember exactly how this disc fly so i'm thinking i gotta throw it on slight hyzer towards that tree let it flex and then come straight back so that's what i'm going to do i'm going to try to juice it though just in case it's not as understable as i think and giving it more speed will help it be more understable worst case i burn it into the right i just don't want to be over into the left because that's a lot more jailey okay yeah it was as unstable as i thought well this would be a problem i found it right up there i thought that fought through i saw something kick out so that actually might give me a little bit of space this little gap through oh definitely run this since i'm trying to keep my no boogies nope too short i might be double if i'm not a computer are you kidding me come on man i wish i could replay this hole that's a five you have to do something real special on this background to get anywhere decent so moving on to hole 12 trying to get this double bogey out of my head so i don't play bad the rest of the round straight that way there's a big bush you can see in the back it's in front of that the problem is i don't really like before handing these excals so i think we're gonna go escape and try to flex it a little bit and have it come right back into the back oh threw it straight into the ground there might be an overhand gap because the basket we're going to it's right there i think i might have a putt here we go it's a butt another long straddler drop drop drop drop it wow anthony hole 13. straight downhill don't have the disc i'm comfortable getting there with but straight over this tree we're going to explore down there i do not think that that is down there enough actually oh wow that was definitely enough juice i keep leaving myself the worst pots that's my cat oh my anthony get get through get through okay at least i'm parked i have so much putting practice to do better than nothing just because 3 46 instead of going downhill now we're going back uphill right where that white pole is all the way up there wow that disc is a tree magnet no it's not i'm just throwing it really bad this is not an easy shot it's gotta be a big spike guys here okay eagle i wish i had a grenade i've never tried to throw that before so spike coyzy it is oh my god i think i forgot all about physics today that seemed like it was going out at least i had one par between the bogey train maybe we like stopped at a power station before i got back on the bogey train back to even after being down four hole 15 312 and i think that the ex-gal is a great option that tree right there if you hyzer just straight over and start to dump left you're in a good spot yeah that's the shot i want actually i think that should be fun where am i oh and another tree ow oh that's in my back yikes there we go here we are sun is starting to set hole 16 straight ahead of us we got the shark today so i'm gonna kind of go straight at it just give it a nice little nice little ace run why not and if this is a really bad shot still won't have the guts to take this out of the video it's gonna be a no matter what drop in drop in oh that was close right behind it over it it would be kind of weird for me to get my first ace with discs that i never throw yeah that had to be so close right down here there we go that's a way to not think about it too much and just use your muscle memory hole 17 right there since it's the last couple holes i'm not sticking to my explorer eagle escape hey i didn't notice that they were all three e-discs until right now i'm just gonna throw my explorer but i think so far i've thrown every disc in my bag yeah i've thrown everything off the tee so far so i'll count except for the luna switch i'm okay with hey guess what i threw it over to the other side again i mean i threw the right distance at least i mean look at this i'm probably only like 35 feet actually oh just don't hit there hit there hunt the hole 18. it's very downhill it's right down there it plays a forehand out over those trees crashing back into the basket four-handed that escape didn't go well so we're just gonna stick with the explorer it's normally zoned so i have to figure out probably going a little bit wider with the same power actually no i'm going to go pretty straight at it and maybe try to get a skip ace oh that's so bad that's so early oh and it just plopped right in there oh no there's no look at a hyzer straddle putt make it happen from here that's the right height let's go what a two let's go dude oh wow that's a good way to end it down three not a good score i'll look at that stretch but i got seven birdies dang it so i don't think any of these discs are making my bag at least not right now but this is a fun challenge if you want to see more of these especially like something like going and spending 30 50 on used disc and having to only play with those please let me know these discs even with that bad stretch i still have all my discs but i won't be switching to lunas from my peers if you guys are in moab definitely play this course and for sure play base camp and you can watch my pov video of that here but make sure you have a very robust high clearance 4x4 vehicles as you'll see in that video for sure go ahead and transfer my discs back into my bag but i do think this is going to be my last video here in utah and in moab because we'll be heading over to colorado i'll be playing and filming a ton of courses all throughout the state and hopefully a few tournaments too this just feels right
