The Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) is calling on passionate and dedicated individuals to apply for one of the 30 State and Provincial Coordinator positions available.

To apply, download and complete the Candidate Biography Questionnaire, which should include a 3-5 minute video showcasing your ideas and passion for disc golf. This will give potential voters a chance to get to know you better.
For those who prefer a paper application, simply contact the PDGA office at (706) 261-6342 or visit their website for more information. All completed applications must be returned with a candidate statement by June 8th, 2015 for Board candidates and June 22nd, 2015 for State and Provincial Coordinator candidates.
