The Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) is proud to announce its collaboration with Prodigy Disc, a leading manufacturer of high-quality disc golf equipment. This innovative partnership aims to revolutionize the way scores are kept in disc golf, leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline the process.

At the forefront of this initiative is the introduction of a digital scorekeeping system, designed specifically for disc golf tournaments and events. This game-changing tool promises to simplify the scoring process, reducing administrative burdens on organizers and enhancing the overall player experience.

According to Mark Chubb, Director of Technology at the PDGA, "Our partnership with Prodigy represents a significant step forward in our mission to make disc golf more accessible and enjoyable for all participants." He emphasized that the new system will provide an intuitive interface, allowing players and officials to accurately track scores in real-time.

The digital scorekeeping platform, developed by Prodigy, features a user-friendly mobile app that enables seamless data synchronization across devices. This allows organizers to effortlessly monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and generate detailed reports with ease.

One of the key benefits of this system is its ability to automate scoring, eliminating manual errors and reducing the risk of disputes. By utilizing advanced algorithms, the platform can also provide real-time statistics, such as player rankings and course analytics.

The PDGA and Prodigy are committed to a phased rollout of this innovative technology, with plans to integrate it into various aspects of disc golf competition. This collaboration demonstrates the organization's dedication to embracing technological advancements and enhancing the overall experience for its members and the broader disc golf community.
